Terms of Service & Consulting Standards

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client," "User," or "you") and Zevairo Digital Inc. ("Zevairo," "we," "us"). By accessing our website (zevairo.xyz) or engaging our consulting services, you affirm that you possess the legal authority to accept these Terms.

2. Nature of Search Architecture Consulting

Zevairo provides technical diagnostic, architectural, and advisory services concerning website crawlability, code rendering, Core Web Vitals, and search engine guidelines. While our recommendations are grounded in established web standards and current search engine documentation:

• Search algorithms deployed by third-party search engines (e.g. Google, Bing) are proprietary, autonomous, and subject to unilateral changes beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee specific numerical search ranking positions, traffic volumes, or commercial conversions.
• Clients retain full discretion and ultimate responsibility regarding the deployment of recommended code changes onto their live production environments.

3. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted audit services, Clients are granted an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to utilize, modify, and implement the customized audit reports, code snippets, and architecture roadmaps furnished specifically for their web domains. Zevairo retains ownership of its proprietary auditing methodologies, diagnostic scripts, algorithms, and general frameworks.

4. Client Telemetry & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all exchanged non-public business information, source code, server logs, Search Console data, and staging access credentials as strictly confidential. Zevairo maintains zero-credential retention policies once scoped audits conclude.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Zevairo Digital Inc., its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use of our website or the deployment of technical audit suggestions. Our total cumulative liability under any engagement shall not exceed the aggregate consulting fees actually paid to Zevairo by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois.
